The Maracaibo Clasicado 65 % is further enhanced by adding Cumeo pepper, also also known as Grapefruit Pepper. It is a rare, wild-growing fruit collected from the slopes of the Himalayas in Nepal. The berries have a warm, woody note with subtle grapefruit and blood orange flavours and contain essential oils such as Z-, E-Citral, and Citronella.
