Shipping policy

Since hot weather might impact the quality of the product, no shipping or online purchases will be offered between June 1st – August 31st.

We offer Standard Shipping with Canada Post. Shipping cost for USA is calculated and confirmed by email. All orders are shipped on Monday, so the chocolate doesn’t sit over the weekend in the post office.

Minimum purchase is $50.00 CAN

$50.00 – $250.00 = $15.00 CAN

For $250.00 and over shipping is free

Payment

All methods of payment (credit card) must be received and cleared before shipment.

Packaging

Each box is carefully hand-packed and cushioned. There is a chance of the chocolate melting when temperatures go beyond 26°C (79°F). If the temperatures are hotter than 26°C (79°F) from my city or the destination city, I may contact you and either wait to ship when temperatures are lower, or opt to refund your purchase.

Please be advised that there is the chance the chocolate might break inside the wrappers during shipping. We take extra care to protect the bars, but accidents happen and I can not be held responsible for breakage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since this is a food product, no exchanges or returns can be done.

Any cancellations are on a case by case basis. Each order is custom made to your specifications, if the item is completed and hasn’t been shipped, there will be a cancellation fee.

Caution

These products are prepared and packaged using equipment that may have come into contact with Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Dairy or Dairy Products, Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Soy. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for allergies.
